Since the election on Tuesday, one-quarter of eligible voters are bummed, one-quarter are totally stoked, and half are saying “Hey, don’t look at me, it’s not my fault.”

2016 Voter Pie Chart

One-quarter of 250 million eligible voters supported Clinton, one-quarter supported Trump, and half either did not vote or voted for someone else.

Regardless of which piece of the pie you are in, you might be stressed. That’s OK — there is a name for what you are feeling. It’s called Election Stress Disorder, and it’s a real thing. You can help yourself by slowing down a bit and self-soothing. That means spend some time doing low-key and enjoyable activities. If you are too stressed to even figure out what that means (and you know who you are, my friends), may I suggest you try coloring away your stress?

I created a mini coloring book for your election stress relief. The four pages have a little something for everyone, regardless of who you voted for. Please enjoy, and let me know how you are adjusting to this brave new world.
